One of my favourite things to wear at this time of year is a coatigan or really heavy oversized cardigan. They’re so easy to throw on and are so versatile. This may be stating the obvious but depending on what you layer underneath they can act as a cardigan or as outerwear before it gets too cold! This one from Zara is my favourite. I think it was their take on this one from Isabel Marant which is now on The Outnet. I particularly love the huge sleeves! I got it last year so as it’s not available now, I’ve added my favourite alternatives above.

As miserable as I look in these pics, I’m actually so happy it’s coming into Winter. I am a huge Christmas person and especially now that the kids are so into it I just can’t wait! It’s also my favourite time of year for dressing and clothes. I love oversized knits like this paired with skinnies. I tend to wear boyfriend/girlfriend or relaxed fit jeans more often in the Summer and skinny jeans more in Winter. Is that just me?

A few people have asked me about this bag. It’s the mini chain Marmont bag and I can’t find it online anywhere. I’ve seen it in a bottle green on Net A Porter and Black on My Theresa but it seems to sells out straight away. There are loads of similar styles available in the line though!

I’m going to pick a few of my favourite pieces for the Party season next so keep an eye out! Lou x
