Maxi Cardi

Sales shopping can be a bit of a lottery. On one hand in my bid to shop smarter I try not to be swayed solely by price alone and only buy things I would buy at full price (were money not an issue if that makes sense). Sales are brilliant lately though. Some shops such as Zara for example add the majority of last seasons stock to the sale. Then there’s the comfort and convenience of online shopping, so the days of rail after messy rail of squashed in, unsold crap (with the odd gem in the mix) is over for most of us. That being said sales shopping online can be frustrating, with the best stuff selling out in record time after the first round of reductions. I always find the best deals  in store, a few weeks into the sales. There are usually returns of sold out items and things/sizes not available online!

That is exactly what happened the other ay when I picked up this maxi cardigan in Zara reduced from €90 to €24. I love full length cardigans and this one is so warm. I don’t have a navy one so I was so happy to find this. I’m a huge fan of navy and black together. This would look great with all black I think. Here I’m wearing my favourite Topshop straight leg moto jeans and boots. Expect to see this bag with everything for the forseeable future. I’m obsessed!

Did you score anything decent in the sales?
