The transitional trench

The trenchcoat really comes into it’s own for me in those transitional months where it’s not really cold enough for a big coat but not yet warm enough to ditch outerwear altogether. At this time of year if I’ not wearing a leather jacket I’ll probably be wearing some sort of light coat or mac. Personally I love really structured ones especially when they’re buttoned and  tied and that’s usually what I go for. So when I saw this in All Saints a couple of years ago it was nothing like anything I had already, Firstly it’s pink (but not in a bubblegum way) and it’s more flowy than any others I own.  They have a newer version of this in store now which is linked below along with some other options.

Radley sent me this bag during the week and I chose it because I love the little multicoloured circles. It’ll go with loads of different things and I think I’ll get a lot of wear out of it.

This post was a while coming! It’s been really busy the last few weeks with my husband being away and kids getting sick and just life in general but hopefully the next while I’ll be able to free up a bit more time. I’m off now to bring the kids to the Parade. Happy St. Patricks day! Have a great day whatever you’re doing.
